These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the BibleRise application and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using BibleRise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the App.

1. About Our Service

BibleRise is an application designed for personal Bible reading, faith exploration, and spiritual reflection.

BibleRise provides features including, but not limited to:

• Bible Timeline
• Today with God
• Daily Prayer
• Daily Connection
• Holy Calendar
• Audio Bible
• Bible Chat

BibleRise is designed to help users read Scripture, develop daily faith habits, reflect on spiritual topics, and explore faith-related content.

2. User Responsibilities

When using BibleRise, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes;
• Not attempt to disrupt, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its services;
• Not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service if users violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Services

BibleRise offers certain premium features that may require a paid subscription.

Subscription services are provided and managed through the Apple App Store.

When you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account;
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period;
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Automatic Renewal:

Unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Subscription prices and available plans will be displayed before purchase.

4. Free Trials

If BibleRise offers a free trial:

• Your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends;
• If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel before the trial period expires;
• If you purchase a subscription before the free trial ends, any unused portion of the trial period, if applicable, may be forfeited.

5. Bible Chat and AI Features

Bible Chat uses artificial intelligence technology to help users explore Scripture, faith-related questions, prayer, and personal reflection.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or content that may not apply to every individual situation.

Bible Chat does not provide:

• Medical advice;
• Legal advice;
• Financial advice;
• Professional counseling;
• Replacement for guidance from qualified religious leaders or other professionals.

Users should exercise their own judgment when using information provided through Bible Chat.

6. Bible Content and Spiritual Resources

BibleRise provides Bible content, prayer content, daily connection experiences, and other spiritual resources for personal reading, reflection, learning, and faith exploration.

These resources are intended to provide encouragement, reflection, and spiritual support. We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, personal, or life outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

BibleRise and its related content, design, features, software, and branding are owned by BibleRise or respective rights holders.

You may not:

• Copy;
• Modify;
• Distribute;
• Commercially use;
• Exploit any part of the App without authorization.

Bible texts and related materials may be protected by copyright owned by respective rights holders. Use of such content is subject to applicable licensing terms.

8. Changes to the Service

To improve user experience and develop our products, we may:

• Update features;
• Modify or improve content;
• Suspend or adjust certain services.

We may make changes to the App when reasonably necessary.

9. Disclaimer

BibleRise strives to provide a reliable and stable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be error-free or uninterrupted;
• All content will always be completely accurate;
• AI-generated responses will always meet user expectations.

You acknowledge that you use BibleRise at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BibleRise shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time due to changes in our services or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of BibleRise after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
